Constable Chetan Singh shot dead with his automatic Rifle, RPF Sub-Inspector Tika Ram Meena and 3 Muslim Men identified as Abdul Qadirbhai Mohammed Hussain Bhanpurwala, Akhtar Abbas Ali, and Sadar Mohammed Hussain.
The police have charged him with Section-302 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for murder, under sections of the Arms Act and the Indian Railways Act. Crucial sections like 153A, 153B, 295A, and 505 of the IPC that specifically look at hate crimes. However communally charged or Terrorist act offences are missing from the FIR.
