Secretary, IMCR mentioned that there have been several news items in the press/media regarding the 123 Waqf properties and the cases related to these in various law courts.
Members took serious note of the issue and desired that firstly the legal status of the matter should be ascertained before deciding any further action in this regard. It was decided that members of the Legal Group of IMCR would do the needful in this regard and come out with their preliminary findings at the earliest.
